Beau Property Design & Build was founded in Tunbridge Wells in 2019 to bring integrity back to building. We’re not the biggest, but we believe in being the best, through skill, reliability and transparency. Every project is personally managed by our directors, ensuring consistency from start to finish.
We act as a main contractor on every project. This means we project manage everything for you, giving you piece of mind that all aspects of a build, renovation, or restoration are under control. While some builders hand off responsibility to other trades, we manage them all, ensuring everyone delivers what’s needed, when it’s needed, ensuring there are no hidden costs or nasty surprises.

Working with architects
We work with a wide variety of architects depending on the type of project or client preferences. We are happy to work with a client’s already chosen architect, or we can recommend those we’ve worked with before who we feel will best fit the project.
Working with interior designers
As part of Beau Property Group, we offer our own interior design services, and also work closely with trusted local professionals. Alternatively, if clients have already chosen an interior designer, we are happy to work with them too.
